The result: the system operates whether the founder is present or not. This is the structural test.

DIAGNOSTIC IMPLICATIONS

For any founder evaluating external support, a useful filter is: “After this engagement, will the change survive my absence?” If the deliverable is a document, the answer is almost certainly no. The founder remains the translation layer. If the deliverable is an installed system, the answer is structurally yes. The architecture is self-sustaining. This distinction matters because founder bandwidth at the Rs.10 Cr to Rs.100 Cr stage is not a renewable resource. Every engagement that consumes founder time without installing self-sustaining architecture represents a net cost, regardless of how accurate the advice.
