These terms govern your use of metmov.com (the "Site"), operated by Metmov LLP ("MetMov"). By using the Site you agree to them. They cover the public website only; paid engagements are governed by separate signed agreements.
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Content on the Site, including articles, case snapshots, and the diagnostic and chat tools, is general information, not consulting, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and does not create a client relationship. The chat assistant is automated and may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for decisions. Engagements begin only under a separate written agreement.
Case snapshots describe past work and may be de-identified or banded. Outcomes are illustrative and are not a promise of similar results.
You are responsible for content you submit, including comments, diagnostic answers, and chat messages. Do not submit anything unlawful, confidential to a third party, or that you lack the right to share. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions. By posting a comment you grant us a licence to display and store it in connection with the Site.
The Site, its content, branding, and the MetMov name are owned by Metmov LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without permission, except for normal personal or internal reference.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, such as Cal.com, WhatsApp, and Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metmov LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under local law.
