Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

Metmov LLP ("MetMov", "we", "us") operates metmov.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the public website only; paid client engagements are governed by separate signed agreements.

1. Who we are

Metmov LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACV-5740). Registered office: Flat No. 301, 4th Floor, Virtue Nirvana, Kannamangala, Bangalore South, Karnataka 560067, India. For privacy questions, contact us at anjani@metmov.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Booking a call: when you schedule through our embedded Cal.com scheduler, you provide your name, email, and meeting details.
  • Diagnostic tool: your name, company, work email, and your answers to the diagnostic questions.
  • Comments: your name, email, an optional website, and your comment. Your name and comment are displayed publicly; your email is not published.
  • Chat assistant: the messages you type into the on-site assistant.
  • Direct contact: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data via Google Analytics (GA4): pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and analytics identifiers stored in cookies.
  • Server logs via our hosting provider: IP address, request metadata, and timestamps.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. When you first visit, we show a cookie banner; analytics cookies are set only if you accept. If you decline, analytics storage stays disabled (Google Consent Mode). You can also block cookies in your browser or use the opt-out add-on above.

4. How we use information

  • To schedule and hold introductory calls.
  • To respond to enquiries and to your diagnostic submission.
  • To operate the chat assistant.
  • To publish and moderate comments.
  • To measure and improve the Site.
  • To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it with service providers that run parts of the Site, each processing only what its function requires:

  • Cal.com — scheduling.
  • Google — Analytics; Apps Script and Google Sheets for diagnostic submissions; and the Gemini API, which processes your chat-assistant messages.
  • Vercel — hosting and server logs.
  • Neon — database storage for comments.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some providers above process data outside India (for example, in the United States or the EU). Where we use them, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep booking, diagnostic, and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete or anonymise it. Comments remain until you or we remove them. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where relevant, the GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Email anjani@metmov.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
