How we run it.
01What the work is
We use lean and Six Sigma as tools, not as a curriculum. Two problems, chosen by what they cost, worked to a control plan, with two of your people trained while it happens so the third problem does not need us.
02Where this comes from
Both partners are Lean Six Sigma Black Belts. One ran a lean programme across a marketplace supply chain and energy audits inside a steel plant. The other ran three cost reduction initiatives across two steel rolling units and cost-of-poor-quality work at marketplace scale. Roughly fifteen years of heavy manufacturing between them before either moved to a platform business.
