How we run it.
01What the work is
A redesigned process nobody follows is worse than the old one, because now there are two. We rank by cost, redesign the top two or three, and stay long enough to see the new version used. Adoption is inside the scope, not a follow-on proposal.
02Where this comes from
One partner ran a 5S and lean programme end to end across a marketplace supply chain and ran value stream mapping on a warehousing transition. The other led cross-functional cost-of-poor-quality work and redesigned product and process workflows at the same company. Both are certified Black Belts; one also holds PMP.
