Logistics Network Strategy

Where your hubs sit, how many you need, and what each one costs to keep open.

In scope

01
Node count and placement against real demand density.
02
Cost to serve, per node and per pin code.
03
Which lanes to operate and which to buy.
04
A hub scorecard that survives the opening week.
Approach

How we run it.

01What the work is

The network decides most of your logistics cost before a truck moves. We size it against where demand actually is, put a cost against every node, and leave you the scorecard that tells you when one has stopped paying for itself. Expansion is easy to start and expensive to unwind, so the number that closes a hub is agreed before the first one opens.

02Where this comes from

One partner expanded an operated last-mile hub network from 3 locations to 106, covering roughly 2,700 pin codes, in 18 months, and built the cost dashboards the ground teams ran on. That was an operating role inside a B2B commerce marketplace, not a client engagement. It is the single strongest proof point on either record.
