How we run it.
01What the work is
Freight spend stays invisible until it is laid out lane by lane. We build that view first, then test the two or three carrier or mode changes worth the disruption. Everything else stays as it is, because a change that saves less than it costs to manage is not a saving.
02Where this comes from
Partly evidenced. One partner cut transportation cost by about 10% while running a large last-mile network in an operating role. Neither of us has implemented a transport management system or run a freight bill audit practice, and this page no longer says we have.
