How we run it.
Execution is the part of the spine you feel first. We install the review cadence, name a single owner for every number on it, and write the SOP where the work actually happens. The test is not the launch. It is whether the meeting still runs correctly in month four with neither of us in the room.
One partner set up the programme office at a B2B commerce marketplace, built its supply chain audit framework and put an SOP repository in front of more than 10,000 people, with audit non-conformance closure time cut by half. The other built the KPI and quarterly review framework for a five-centre training business and ran a full quarter on live data.
