01What the work is
Planning is where a founder-led firm holds cash it cannot see. We do not sell a forecasting engine. We set the rules that decide when you buy, how much cover each category carries and who is allowed to change it, then run one full cycle alongside your team before handing it over.
02Where this comes from
Partly evidenced, and we would rather say so than be found out. One partner co-led a just-in-time procurement rollout at a B2B commerce marketplace and ran sourcing for a manufacturer. Neither of us has built a statistical demand forecasting model. If that is what you need, this is not the page.
